  Less focused persons like you are one of the several reasons why we are where we are as a country. What does the NDC got to do with the appointment of an KMA boss when you and I know that at the end of the day, the Assembly has the over all authority to decide whether or not work with him.
  
  Let the NDC government under the leadership of the ever humble president Mahama have his peace to run the affairs of the country peacefully.

  This obviously are not substandard appointments as you want us to believe. The last before this is a clear indication of the fact, the NDC has the men to occupy any government possible at any point in time.

  In reality I have come to the level of appreciation where I seriously think the process is rather democratic in the sense that, After the President's choosing the person to the assembly members who represent their individual constituent also vote. If this is not representative democracy and good in the regard, what else do we wish for?

  Therefore it has only become necessary that we tailor things to fit our system not the practices of other places because in the long run, they also tailored things to fit their system.
