Only voltarians are better leaders. Some Akans too are good leaders. But northerners are worst. Make northerners leaders, and they will mess up. Only John Mahama has proven to be a northerner who is a good leader. The current problem Ghana is facing is due to the fact that Mahama has appointed a lot of northerners to manage very crucial sectors. If he had appointed Ewes, NDC would have performed better. For Ghana to progress, we need a lot of voltarians in government. EWE POWER!!!

What a moron! Imagine someone like you was a leader; someone who sees himself/herself as better than others, what do you think this country would be like under him/her? Has it not occurred to you that this self-rrighteousness - thus for some people to always think or see themselves as the only ones who deserve to manage the affairs of our dear nation is one of the reasons the country is not moving forward? Until we learn to put our ideas together in order to move forward, our dear nation will remain as it is now.

I like your beautiful piece. It's just about what Ghana needs at this crucial moment of its existence as a sovereign nation.
There are leaders and there are great leaders. All leaders however reproduce themselves in the people they lead.
It goes without saying that whenever the head moves the rest of the body follows. So, leaders lead by example and as that example is emulated, it reverberates with a multiplying effect on the team output.
It all begins with a plan. Next the organization is staffed with competent employees. Assignments are delegated and are complemented with the essential ingredient of motivation.
Without reservations, leaders do recognize others integrity as theirs is recognized. Honesty invites honesty just as self respect encourages respectful behavior towards others, and, like a boomerang, it returns to the initiator, the leader.
Leaders regularly assess performance and make sure targets are on schedule and finally achieved.
and motivated employees don't need the leader's presence to do their job. They know they are a team and Together Each Achieves Much.
