Now, much as I hate the Montie three amigo's verbalization over the Apex bench, I will equally not condone the selective justice meted to these three to justify the treasonable statement they perpetrated on the airwaves that day.
  
  Well, my argument is, weren't we here in this same country when the likes of Kennedy Agyepong did likewise on a radio station of his? How could this same Apex court of the land be dismissive of others who passionately call for the killing of a specific group of people and then chose to go hard on other who do same on another day? Talk about hypocrisy at the highest chamber and this ruling right here describe it religiously.

He did not mean to kill but to put some sense in those animals who hurled stones at Ursula Owusu and Akans for registering to vote in Accra. Again it make a lot of sense to let Ken off the hook to avert a possible clash between NPP and NDC, judging from the tension in the country at that time. This case is between supreme Court and Muntie, not b/n NPP vs NDC. Again the ndc AG failed to have Ken prosecuted

  I agree with you on this. If I could stay in jail for 4 months, what is the wahala of an extra one month? I can't earn 10,000 in a month so I won't be losing that amount staying in jail for the period.

He was able to jail Tsatsu, when NPP cried that Tstasu's freedom was dangerous to the chances of Nana Addo. He also set taxi drivers free, when NPP supporters cried that their imprisonment caused Nana in the first round of the 2008 elections. The man under whose watch 3 supreme Court judges were murdered in cold blood is living comfortably without any sign of remorse. The Supreme Court short have slapped them with much more severe punishment considering the gravity of their offense. Anyone who threatens our supreme Court judges in threatening the foundation of rule of law, and therefore our existence.
