Being a deputy minister is not a chicken soup. We mentioned nana Addo having third class.i don't know if is true or not but every lawyer in Ghana will testify that Nana's chambers has been one of the best Ghana has ever produced. Besides, every lawyer will attest to the fact that Nana is his practice days was one of the finest lawyers on the land Ghana and beyond. Someone with third class can do better in the field that someone with first class. Your performance on the field is not directly proportional to the grade.

In any standardized citizen naming system all such names are wrong because the first and last names are interchanged.

To avoid confusion, I suggest that we have a well defined naming format: First name, Middle name if any, then last name.

No doubt this one had a problem with either his English language, Mathematics or Science grade with which he could not gain admission to the University and therefore sought the assistance of some one who impersonated to write that subject for him for a fee or some other favour.They could not use the impersonater"s name either because of fear that other candidates at the exam centre would have smelt a rat and raised an alarm or after the said paper,they waited and when the results were out and it was a pass, he decided to do a change of name.The multiple names should be seriously looked into.Cross check with WAEC. May also check out his birth certificate.Enough of this NDC scams.

But what do we see in Mahamas ethnokleptocracy? This confused young man who is not even sure what his name is and has no experience of even ordinary workplace practices -he graduated? In 2012 and has not worked since there is freeze on employment! - is being imposed on Ghanaians as deputy minister so that within the short period before general elections he can partake in the general looting of the treasury. Obviously his appointment is to please his constituents ahead of the general elections. I am Oti's old school mate and I know him to he John. He didn't pass any of our secondary school exams. After leaving school we later learnt that he had changed his name to Oti Bless because a he bought a secondary school certificate and had to take the name of the person who sold him the certificate.

There has always been rumour that this boy new name is fraudulent. He is alleged to have bought a certificate from someone and had to change his name to the new name.
I suggest that parliament scrutinises this carefully before deciding whether to approve or not. People including NDC members have raised this on Facebook but he has never fought back or challenged.

Parliament should not juSt rely on the secondary school certificate, they should request pictures used to register for exams from WEAC in the old and new names and the do the same for both names at the university of Ghana. They should also search NHIS records and Census records and see where the actual Oti Bless lives. They fill find that during the last two censuses, both Oti Bless and John Kopi Kwavena with both birthdays were alive and registered as two separate people.

This is a LEAD for parliament to take seriously. Particularly checking the last two censuses for both names and dates of birth.
