Mr Lawyer, cases of contempt of court can only be initiated and adjudicated by the affected courts. For a quack lawyer to tip toe around what the entire country knows to be true - that Alfred Agbesi Woyome had been ordered by the Supreme Court to pay the money to the people of Ghana, to which order he has refused by playing legal games to delay and enrich this lawyer - he should have rather been found to be in contempt of court. That is why people believe the AG , the Courts and all involved , are not living up to expectation.

So, where in a civilized world - where the rule of law is the coin of the realm- would such a character even attempt to haul people and institutions before the court for questioning when that ruling would be enforced?

Unless he, his lackeys and enablers, in the government , have a warped understanding of the concept of democracy - that they can give it a finger- and get away with it ?

I just pray that this democracy- nascent, nonetheless accepted- is not crippled before our very eyes.
