In Ghana it's the responsibility of the government to provide essential items like water. The money didn't come from your pocket so don't boast as if you provided the money.

Most of that of water shortage is true but at that time Government did not have the kind of money Mahama have had at hand. The previous government can proudly say "YES", but I had less money at hand not to talk about given Ghanaians free garbage throw away, pay tuition for training colleges, Nursing schools all with allowances plus Doctors allowances. Hardship in Ghana was nowhere close to the hardship facing Ghanaians today. I remember under the previous government electricity bills were way, way low from the electric bills they are paying now. With all the so call improvements in the energy sector by the current government, there is more "DUMSOR" than ever before. So where is the "improvement in the energy sector by the current government"? GHANA IS HARD OOOOOO!!!!!!!
