    Govt. has been collecting from us citizens 10% energy levy EVERY DAY ALL THIS TIME!! So where did the monies collected go before now? INTO TREASURY BILLS FOR NDC EXECUTIVES HEADING THE VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS? HEAVENS ABOVE!!
