Come out with a ruling on this case ASAP. So no one can take you to court at the end of the league. Try to settle cases before the next matches.

You two seem to be threading on a subject matter whose intricate pith you've no clue about, I'm afraid. The politico-traditional territory of the Ghanaian democracy is a bit more complex than you guys presume it to be. (Both Manhyia and The Flag Staff House knows and they're threading cautiously and courteously alongside the 'eternal' thread).

Either ex-mayor Kojo Bonsu knew what is what and chose the path of bare-face impudence or he is very thick not to have know. From day one of the issue, I've been tempted to believe the former—that at his level and also considering the fact that hails from Offinso (I even read an article which claimed Kojo Bonsu is a royal), 'Asonaba' Koo Bonsu must have known damn well what dirty trick he was plotting to undermine Asanteman (Just find and read his last words as he threw in the towel—promising to do everything to help his pay-master win the election and retain power). Now, that's what you call non-partisan mayorship.

Was Koo Bonsu planted in the Kumasi mayoral office as a mole for the interest of John Mahama and his NDC rather than a chief executive to move Kumasi forward for the sake of GHANA and Asanteman? You do the analysis. Read around; dig into relevant stuff and make up your own judgement. Thank God though, Otumfuor rests his royal Asante feet on 'BreNsemAse' (Nananom, wei deir mesre me kyere)!

Why a thoroughbred, 'Feesoniiba' like Kojo Bonsu would behave the way he did and let the cat out through his own words at the end, beats my sense of patriotism. I cannot imagine for a second, why any smart Ghanaian, be he from Toase or Tumu; PDP or KKP; partisanship or otherwise, would seek to dedicate his appointment to such high office to cause a rift between Asanteman and the Flag Staff House.

(And like I stated on another thread some few days ago, in the yesteryears of pure, 'tetehonom' tradition, I probably would've has the privilege of sipping my Atwima dadiese Kwabena Mpem nsafufuo from his 'ti-konkuro' miii miii miii on a 'fofie' by now, if you get my drift. Kojo aye lucky, sebe ne ti abrafuor mpe).

So my brothers and sisters and cross-genders, best to seek some serious info to broaden your horizons on such matters where the two great rivers of chieftaincy and national administration meets. Matter of fact, in Ghana, the confluence is quite unique, in that the two sides flow [alongside?] together, yet independently compliments each other in such a perfect harmony. A colourful and harmonious system not experienced even in the United Kingdom. And when it comes to it, the dynamism of Asante-Ghana politico-traditional Synchronicity is an even deeper subject, which calls for more than a Legon or Yale doctoral degree to comprehend. So chill, my fellow Ghanaians.
