    OTHER NATIONS ARE CONVERTING N RECYCLING WASTE INTO ENERGY, GARBAGE BINS, ROAD MATERIALS, CLOTHING ETC...WHY CANT WE DO THE SAME. WHY MUST WE BE ENGULFED IN WASTE WHEN WE CAN RECYCLE WASTE AND USE THEM TO BUILD HOUSES ETC...
