    @ Sarpong disclosing medical condition is not a requirement for admission to our secondary schools. Parents can volunteer that information if the ward has condition of this young man so that the school is made aware of that. ...

    That is rather unfortunate in Ghana. If what you are saying is true, then immediate steps should be taken to enact a law to the GES to make this a compulsory disclosure. This could prevent a premature death.

    I don't know how true the h/master's story is but for I know most of these h/masters make very stupid and unreasonable decisions most at times. All said, the case should be investigated and the law should take its place.
