    HOW DEVELOPED IS THE SO CALLED FISHING INDUSTRY IN GHANA.

    NO GOVERNMENT CAN COLLAPSE SUCH A PRIMITIVE FISHING INDUSTRY THAT STILL SAILS ON THE OCEAN OF GHANA WITH 18TH CENTURY BOATS WITH UNSKILLED LABOUR FORCE.
