    This ruling is actually nonsensical and doesn't make sense at all. This is because;
    the court said that the deleted names should be given another chance to re-register.
    Which actually means that;

    56000 deleted = 56000 re ...

    The Supreme Court has broken down this ruling into the simplest terms so that even the caveman can understand. No more ambiguity about the intentions of the court.
