Let us be realistic to save Ghana from foolish men. The high court denied our man of trustworthy to that foolish Mahama. The same court proceeded justice over a common goat meat and it couldn't find Wayome's wrong doing. Political murdering, armed robbing, a state of despair etc and we have these men who are not fulfilling their duties from the tax money we pay to them. Should we sit down for the EC and these judges to take us for a long run? The important of these judges are nothing but a bin and we must also encourage their replacement by the necessary means . Just welcome those patriots courageous statements.

I absolutely agree with the decision of the SC to cite the programme host and guests for contempt of court but the owner? On what grounds?

I am disappointed the SC has cited the owner of Montie FM for contempt, unless the SC could prove that the owner played any part in the programme, was aware of what they were going to say and failed to act to prevent them from saying it, etc. Moreover, the SC must prove that the owner not only controls the editorial policy but that editorial policy is geared towards denigrating SC justices and to bring the SC into disrepute and or to threaten judges and others. The SC must also prove that the owner was negligent and his behaviour (actions and omissions) is not what is expected of a reasonable owner of a radio stations. The above would be difficult if not impossible to prove.

Sadly, the SC by including the owner of the station has gone over the board and could sadly turn this case into the usual NDC/NPP partisan politics and not a judicial exercise of bringing sanity into the medial landscape in Ghana. What a missed opportunity to send a strong message and a deterrent to recalcitrant media houses and unprofessional journalists.

The only crime of the owner as at today is the failure to condemn the host and guests and probably suspending or sacking the host through due process. I hope he is not sent to prison for this failure. However, the host and those who threatened the CS Justices and judges should be jailed for at least, six months with hard labour without the option for parole.

Legally, what these panelists said did not pose any immediate danger to any of the Justices as compared to Kennedy Agyapong and Akufo-Addo's incitement of Akans against Ewes and Gas.

I am in 100% agreement. If the Muntie FM owner is a naturalized citizen and is found guilty, he must be stripped of his citizenship an be deported to his country of birth. This a normal practice in most countries.
Owing a Radio station is a previledge with civic responsibility and accountability with national security implications.
We must not allow foreign born wealthy people to come to Ghana and control our airwaves to forment unrest, mayhem and murder of innocents .This is a national security issue. As at the time they registered with the HNIS cards, it was a LEGAL law passed by the Ghanaian Parliament. It is Either the Elections is postponed to next year and a new register is completely complied or we use the existing register without any noise. After all, the president lost almost a year in his first term in the same court over elections. It was the same voters who voted for the NPP current executives and the same who voted for the NDC executives. So if they have to be removed from the register, then a new register should be compiled, new party executives elected before the elections. Any wahala to take legally registered people out WILL MEET some crucial force. The Judges are not above the law and cannot do things anyhow. They have been dinning with the NPP since 2001 till date and its time we show them pepper!!! Ghnana is not for the NPP or any tribal group alone. The next stop is the Ghana School of Law after we have finished dealing severely with the supreme court judges. A word to the WISE......!

The two panelist are stupid for making those disparaging remarks about the Supreme court judges. Under JJ, some supreme court judges were abducted, murdered and their bodies burnt. We do not want that dastardly act to repeat itself.

The members of the Supreme court are Ghanaians. They are fathers, mothers etc to some people in Ghana and they should be repected. Issuing that threats to the judges is stupid, foolish, reckless and irresponsible. Some lunatic can use that platform and act silly against the members of the supreme court and that is how serious such irresponsible statement is.

What is free speech? Free speech comes with responsibility which must not be overlooked. There is no need to go into a radio station and having given the platform, you come out with incendiary remarks just because you have the right to do that. Commonsense they say, is paramout.

Know that all are cited for Contempt with the Chance to exonerate oneself.Yes, "Montie FM" is separate from it owner under the Business Entity Concept,But one do not establish a Business for Business Sake without knowing whether what the workers/employees produce is healthy to the Consumption of the general public.Therefore,in a treasonous life threatening of the entire Judicial by the panelists,the owner of the FM Station should be equally held responsible to allow his outfit to make such heinous pronouncements to the general public. whether he was aware or not.That is the main reason Businesses endeavor to employ qualified and experienced Staff. Therefore, the Supreme Court has nothing to prove or establish to anyone, in my personal opinion. Its simple. You're Cited for Contempt. Prove why you should not be purnished!.In other words exonerate yourself!. Simple.This case should be treated with all the seriousness it deserves b'cos it seems Ghana had turned into disrepecful,arrogance,and lawless Country.Drastic action must be taken,in my personal opinion.
