    America has tightly border control but terrorism is their number one challenge. We have free movements of ECOWAS citizens for years but we haven't had any problem. Let's show other Africans how to do it better. Mahama toaso!

    As long as appropriate measures are put in place, such policy could help draw talent. Rwanda was among first countries to implement the policy. To date, there has not been any influx of terrorists to that country. Let's stop ...
