The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

1. Ghana is issuing domestic Government bonds at 24.5% yield (interest rate). When government issues a bond, it means she is borrowing the money, expecting to pay back the borrowed money and the interest rate.

2. Ghana is issuing Euro bonds at 10.5% yield.

For those who don't understand finance and economic development, the economy of a country can't grow if its government is borrowing money at such high interest rates.

First domestic banks will not be willing to loan money to local businesses at rates below what the government is paying, meaning local businesses will not have the capital to employ people.

Second, because the government is paying such high interest rates on money borrowed, the government wouldn't have enough money for domestic programs.

If Mahama is telling the new graduates to start businesses without loan facilities for them, how does that make Mahama a qualified president.

The good people of Ghana knows that, JM has paid more attention to the education sector.Significant progress has been made in the area of education since the coming into office of the NDC Government: the total number of educational institutions at all levels has risen sharply from 45,447 in the 2008/09 academic year to 57,270 in the 2014/15 academic year, representing an increase of 11,823 or 26%.

Also close to two million pupils have been supplied with free school uniforms since 2010.

The youth are equally been assisted financially through the YES initiative to set up their own businesses.
