He begins winning contracts based of sole sourcing which are against the procurement rules of the country?

Now let me tell you if you don't know.the basic key performance indicators of an economy are:inflation, interest rate,industrialisation agricultural growth and infrastructural development.now tell me which aspect of these has Mahama succeeded? As a matter of facts it takes a visionary president who is able to think outside the box to succeed in the first four indicators (inflation, interest rate, industrialization and agric growth). Mahama has failed in all these four.On the other hand infrastructural development is the easiest one among them. Just mobilise funds either through internal generated funds or loanes, award contract through sole sourcing as they are doing or through bidding, that is all for infrastructural development.In this our case since the first four KPIs are not working, the internal generated funds are limited to the few taxable workers,the few taxable businesses and the exportation of the raw natural resources we have, which is not enough for the required development.tm The only option left is loans and that is the easiest and the laziest attitude of governance.
