Just for the sake of politics.They are bleeding here in Volta region seriously.Its happened in the 3 northern regions where students are asked to go home.It will happen in Volta region in few days.

How about all the ndc guys with law certificates. The ndc legal team. Fusieni too is a lawyer. My brother too failed a few times but that's because the exams are very difficult and you have to be fully dedicated to pass

Ghana School of Law has become a political institution. I finished Ghana school of law, my results has been withheld up to date. It is not only me; Alhaji Hudu Yahya stayed in Ghana school of law for 7years, Baba Jamal has being on the school for fifteen (15) good years, Dr. Tony Aidoo applied to go to the law school, he wrote the exam and they failed him and Samuel Okuzdeto Ablakwa

So when I wrote my first part one exam, I failed four (4) papers then I tried for remark, they didn’t agree so I repeated and wrote again and they failed me three papers, so I applied for remark and passed. A month later a letter was written that I was involved in an examination malpractices by swapping an answer booklet with an invigilator,’ he fumed.

There is no doubt that this Hon MP has problems with the law school. From the short excerpt, see the following:
a) my results HAS been withheld up to date
b) Baba Jamal has BEING on the school for fifteen (15) good years
c) he wrote the exam and they failed him and Samuel Okuzdeto Ablakwa
d) A month later a letter was written that I was involved in AN EXAMINATION MALPRACTICES.

And because they do not want to learn p, they have to fail enough to pass. Most of these people are full time politicians. This mp does not need to communicate his concerns by the press. He should go to the courts. After all he is lawyer in waiting. If the mp is cheating at exams , what about the children ? Like father like son.

You as legislators must pass a law to set-up another Ghana schools of law. The said schools is only monopolizing people because they are the only Law school. Before the springing up of private universities in the country, Legon and the rest were monopolizing admissions. Today, they are all scrambling for students with massive adverts in the dailies. So the equation is very very simple. Pass a law to set-up another recognize school or schools of law backed by state law and that will bring the monopoly to an end. It is good to go to court for your certificate to be released to you but tell your colleagues to pass the law. you are the majority and you can do it! It is not written anywhere in our laws that no other professional law school cannot be set-up besides that ghana school of law.
