    A RESPONSIBLE GOVT WILL RATHER SEND A TEAM TO THE AFFECTED AREAS, INFORM THEM DIRECTLY, PREPARE ALTERNATIVE EMERGENCY SHELTER ELSEWHERE FOR THEM AND EVACUATE THEM SAFELY

    We are just lazy in this country! We could do a lot to store this water or channel it's course to a different location say the Akosombo Dam!
