It started with those who returned from Sudan, now its Lebanon and soon soldiers will be told they cannot be paid. Its a very pathetic situation considering the fact that soldiers for example in Congo have to feed themselves whilst the officers eat and throw grill chicken away. The food officer major Bubu Demanya told soldiers to use their money to buy their own food and feed themselves if they the soldiers want to eat quality meal. Are the soldiers supposed to feed themselves? He has connived with the co and starving the soldiers in Congo

The Military has a capable channel for grievances and a whole directorate (Inspector General Directorate) in charge. This does not fail and the media is not an option to solve military issues. They are soldiers and let's respect them for their service. The honour code guides the military command. This is a welfare issues. The men should trust their officers to solve the problem. See how you have excited soldiers to make improper comments about the military high command. There can be consequences. Be warned Ghana media because this is an election year. Verify issues from the military public affairs.

Rawlings 31st December coup was planned by the soldiers in Lebanon when the soldiers were asking for increment in their allowance and instead of the $25 dollars they were asking the Gov't by then played delayed tactics and last minute when some of the soldiers have finished their ordering before the Gov't added $3 to their allowance to read $18. And instead of given the whole amount to them in Lebanon they gave them $15 in Lebanon and $3 in Ghana in Cedis. Most of the leading troops who took part in the 31st December coup were flesh from Lebanon. History can repeat itself. With the current hardship in the Country this problem can spark anything senseless in the country. I urge the Gov't to help solve the soldiers’ problem immediately.
