They are so money minded that the,ve lost focus. NO COMMITMENT WHATSOEVER.But in life whatever you do never allow money to take precedence. Just do it well and you will be rewarded accordingly.

Whether we like it or not the Black Stars are the brand of Ghana. For example, Bob Marley and Track and Field are the brand for Jamaica. Brand recognition is important. You might be doing business with a person from the USA who knows nothing about Ghana but remembers Ghana from the World Cup. That will impact their image of you. The problem is that the GFA has to understand that they must treat the Black Stars as a serious business so at all times the presentation of the Black Stars should always be professional, competitive and entertaining. Contracts that are fair to both sides and protect both sides are critical.

What is important in any discussion on thia issue is balance. The GFA should not make oral promises concerning money and then not back it up. There must be written contracts with clear timelines. The problem at WC 2014 is that there was no written contract. FIFA was prepared to front the money but they back out when there was no contract. Lack of written communication can often open the door to fiascos. I just feel that we can not attack the players without attacking GFA.

In England the national team players rececive just a little as £1500 for bonus, Ghana is the only country that pays $10000 to $8000 as winning bonus whiles yet they have never win any trophy since 1978.
