This accident is very serious. I think the fire service really is doing nothing to hep the fire problems in Ghana. The most important thing is educating people on fire. They must visit schools and teach fire safety, not only to schoos but work places and give education on how to deal with fire before the Fire service arrives. This is very important, They only sit in their office and wait for emergency calls which they don't even treat it as emergency.Government must step in as soon as possible to hep this woman.May the departed souls rest in peace.

In the absence of an actual cause of a suspected arson and murder, all the police do is to rely on 'motives'. Who has the motive to see her husband dead? A former employee such as Nana Yaw, an aggrieved business partner, a land litigant, a former concubine? There are so many angles and possibilities, and the wife of the deceased should not come out publicly and be making such pronouncements. It is very premature to rule out any suspect. The Police by now should have arrested Nana Yaw and do a forensic check on all his alibis that he would offering on the day of the incident. The words of a dying man has the effect of a dying declaration in Law, and any one mentioned is a prime suspect.

Very spot on! The lady hadn't our sympathies but he is narrow-minded unfortunately. In such situations every close person (very sadly and crazily including herself) is a suspected arsonist.

It beats me that she was away at her mother's funeral and the husband was at home? He didn't attend his mother-in-law's funeral? An Akan? She also claims he gas cylinder was empty. How sure was that? Since when was it empty? So what was used in cooking? Where did the fire start from and how come it was impossible for any of the adults to escape? THERE ARE MORE QUESTIONS BEGGING ANSWERS!

When I went to Ghana before I entered my bedroom I passed through 5 locks secured ones. First thing I asked how can you this guys escape when there is a fire. They all looked at my face. I have my building now, all windows have locks in each window. "Dead Traps" Very very dangerous.
