Any way he threatened that he is going to impeach the whole ec board for high crime for breach of an obvious sc order.We are waiting for his presence at the sc.A first year student will be asked to contest his claim. Nana Asante Bediatuo is a disgrace to his profession.

Now it seems that only you and your disgraceful uncle in the supreme court understand what this supreme court order means. You are trying hard to twist the intent of this order to suit your own political agenda. You consider the rest of the legal luminaries in the country as ignorant and incapable of even understanding a word of this order. Let's wait for the supreme court to clarify the order instead of you jumping to defend your irresponsible NDC/EC duo who have wreaked untold havoc on Ghanaians.
If you really care about the pathetic conditions of your people up north, you will use your last energy to fight for a change, instead of defending this corrupt government that has left your people in such a wretched condition.

I know you and your NDC folks are living in fools paradise, thinking that nothing will happen as you have the police to brutalized and kill off any insurgency from the opposition. I don't know what makes you think the police are made up of NDC sympathizers. They may say "yes" because of the paychecks they receive but very few will put their heads on the line to defend your corrupt government. Instead of finding common ground with the opposition, you continue to dig your head in the sand vert convinced that the opposition cannot do anything. If your government and your party are truly Ghanaians, which I have always doubted, you will easily realize the severity of the impending doom given the toxic political environment in the country. Remember the general Ghanaian population have 10x more guns than the police combined. You are being naive to believe the police will be able to contain any disturbances. Of course I don't expect you to foresee this danger.

“We do not; (sic) however think that the defect is so extensive in nature to result in an inconsistency with article 45(a) of the constitution as the existing law has made ample provisions for such names to be deleted when the provisional register is exhibited before it is certified under regulation 27 of CI 91 as the existing register. We think that the elaborate scheme provided [in] the law is sufficient to address the presence on the register of voters of names of persons who might have died since the last registration exercise"

Prof Attuguba, CI 91 is supposed to determine the guidelines for registering. As a sincere, Lawyer who wants to genuinely serve his country, is nhis part of want is recommended in CI 91? It has been stated that the existing laws has made provision those not qualified under CI 91 to be removed. At what time are those names to be removed?
