The procurement law allows for soul sourcing but that depends on certain conditions, like emergency situations and when the seller or distributor has no competitor as in being the only (entity that provides the service). As we all know, the NDC has relegated the procurement law to the dust bin. They flouted the law in the Smartys bus rebranding deal and many other deals. That is what Yaa Yaa is talking about but as usual some of you will pretend not to understand.

Feigning ignorance is not a sign of being smart. It is this attitude of yours and many unpatriotic NDC sympathizers that causes poverty and avoidable hardships in Ghana. Look around you. Perhaps if you open your eyes well, you will understand how pretence and deliberate ignorance affect the people around you.

It sounds to me that you feel your name and leadership experience is the dirty bucket and which it is because you are too arrogant. I think the best bet for you is not to stand for re-election.
