  Why should workers always strike before attention is given to their legitimate demands. Is there any reasons why the Government to fails to pay The Judicial Service Staff, Teachers, Nurses, Doctors, and Contractors, School Dinner ladies or any service provider? It is common knowledge most payments are more than two years plus accumulated arrears. The "CALLOUS" heads of these sector Ministries and their deputies should bow their heads in shame. There is simply no vision and proper direction from the top hence these constant strikes as last resort. This is evidence of bad governance.
