  Look, Ghana changed from the imperial system to SI system on 4th August 1974, yet today over 40 years later, we still use gallons, yards, feet and inches, we use miles instead of kilometers.

  Look, Ghana changed from the imperial system to SI system on 4th August 1974, yet today over 40 years later, we still use gallons, yards, feet and inches, we use miles instead of kilometers.
  
  The Ghana Standards Authority cannot implement very basic regulatuins yet is talking about standardized measurement.
  
  The GSA is another useless department just for employment purposes and without any useful purpose.
