Tekper and those happy people must be silly indeed. When can you pay one hundred billion dollars and progress as s country. When the borrowed monies are stolen by mahama and thieves. Just last week DVLA BOSS stole 6.9 million dollars for a project costing 3.6 million dollars and instead of collecting those monies tekper continues borrowing more and more and fools are happy. Where has reasoning gone to from Ghana. You see poverty clearly on the faces of Ghanaians and a small batch of idiots are misleading the people. Ghanaians wake up. NDC HAS NO FUTURE FOR TGE COUNTRY

You don't become a fool and expect someone to give you advice and remember that if you cannot do it, go away and let someone come to the fore. Now, concerning the brouhaha surrounding the $250 million, what did Bawumia say? How can the government deposited the money with UBA at 10% them go back and borrow it at a rate of 20%? Does it make sense to you? And NDC is telling Ghanaians that the money had generated an interest of $23million dollars. Just do the math and see who is telling lies or truth.

Of course you are scaring away foreign investors. Your pronouncements and allegations over the past several months has painted Ghana in such negative colours it will take years to get real investors back to Ghana. The NPP will be the biggest losers in this unfortunate situation. The point is that once foreign investors lose confidence in a coutry due to negative propaganda by so-called experts, they go elsewhere with their money. Investors don't have unlimited funds so when they are sca red away that's it. It will take years to get them back. So if Bawumia really wants his party to come to power and get the foreign investors to flood the country with projects and industry, then hem should stop the careless things he is doing. He may just be creating a situation which will haunt them should they win power.

If Mahama has a looting brigade, I want to warn Ghanaians that Nana Akufo Addo is a real big time Super Squandering and looting Machine ready to finish Ghana off. The opposition leader has mismanaged the resources and family properties of the his late father. He has sold their properties in Ghana and abroad to finance his campaign machinery. He failed to win elections in 2008 & 2012. He is left with no credibility so he sacked his duly elected party executives to pave the way for him to loot his own party, NPP. He has turned a blind eye to the mismanagement in his backyard rendering his party comatose. NPP as a party is in red because their leader is a big thief. Investos should scared if NPP should ever win power. His record as a minister of state is scary. He is very corrupt and will shield party thieves.. Under his care as foreign minister, dockets of drug peddlers went missing on his desk and the criminals were left off the hook under a previous government he served between 2001-2008. No serious financier will throw away his money to support such a dishonourable politician who is also a serial loser. Age too is not on his side. At 72 he is always sleeping at public functions yet he wants to be elected as president. Ghanaians know him too well and will reject him again come 2016 November 7 elections. He is also a war monger.

Foreign investors - whether institutional investors, are not stupid. By and large they do their due diligence in any investment they contemplate. The exception to this rule is when an investment is made for political reasons. And that sort of investment decision is made by a sovereign investor such as the Chinese government. When a government goes on a borrowing binge, the international investment community take notice. There are any number of financial and economic consultancies which keep track of these things for the benefit of their clients. These investors don't need a Bawumia to alert them. They already know, and investment worthiness decisions have been made even prior to Bawumia's speeches. These are hard nosed people who are not scared simply by political rhetoric but rather by the facts as they are. If Ghana sovereign bonds have junk status, this crowd knows it and they will demand commensurate interest rates to meet the ride. Mahama's government should be careful that they are not going the route of Greece.

Try as he may, Aplanke Bawumia can't scare away any foreign investors with his daily doses of NPP serial lies and deceptions. Akpatse Akufo-Addo and his Aplanke Bawumia are desperate because time is all against them. The NPP wasted its precious time attacking the EC on a daily basis instead of mounting a viable and meaningful campaign, and now it realizes that it has been left far behind in the race. It's hard to catch up when you're behind and your flagbearer also happens to be clueless without any sense of how to direct his party.
