Just last week DVLA BOSS stole 6.9 million dollars for a project costing 3.6 million dollars and instead of collecting those monies tekper continues borrowing more and more and fools are happy. On the other hand,the cannabis ingredient,etc

Most criminologists have suggested legalise those drugs you cannot control. There is another school of thought that also suggested the availability of drugs necessitate the call for its use if not controlled. Either it is not available or it is available but it's use is restricted. The drug legalisation debate continues unabatedly . The public health professionals have their views likewise the lawyers and criminologists and other professionals also have their views.
