    To many Nursing Colleges in Ghana have created these problem.
    The private universities are also graduating many nuses and thats the reason many nurses will not get jobs.
    The brain drain will continue.

    Why train many more than the country can employ? How would they pay their students loans if they become unemployed after graduation? This is a hasty decision.

    Loans given to students[including nurses] in the UK are payable only when the person is working and taking not less than 15 thousand pounds a year.You can be jobless for years and you won't pay a penny.In Ghana before loans a ...

    They are either just preempting discrimination law suits by the nursing graduates from the private institutions or pandering to the dictates of the IMF for the small loan they took from them.
