  There's no way a report purported to capture the financial state of affairs of state institutions in 2015 be ready in the first quarter of a new financial year. Auditor General's report just as the Statistical Service report are often released at least with a time lapse of 12 months. Where did Joyfm get their report from? I suspect an NPP mole in either the Northern Regional Auditor's outfit or in the Auditor General's office. Preliminary reports are not for public consumption. Joyfm can do better than this.
