Government must provide more resources to policing, we must reward informers handsomely because it makes the work of the police easier.

Then to annoy me the more, the writer stated that the Police Officer was one Constable so and so!
Can't even call you Aboa as in Akan!! A constable and at the same time a Police officer? Why is the Editor being paid?
