    Small things first not tractors. Concentrate on small holders and then you can enlarge it. Concentrate on markets for produce to attract people into farming.

    My friend try to concentrarte more on irrigación. The water is more importante than anything. We shouldbbe wise. First thing first. Please.

    Rwanda's Youth Engagement in Agriculture Network-Rwanda (YEAN) and "Farming is Cool" initiatives are worthy of emulation. They have been used to attract the youth to agriculture. Impressive results! Go learn from them!
