  What does this so called communication expert mean by this 97% claim? If he is saying the introduction of his capitation grant has increased basic school intake by 97%, could he expand that and give us real figures? What was the school intake in thousands of kids before the introduction of capitation, and what is the current intake?
  If he was trying to say to 97%, what was the figure before his capitation?
  Whatever he meant, we still want to know in which areas of the country do his figures apply, since in most of the communities where we live, there has rather been significant decline in basic school enrollment since 2008 due to economic hardships in the country.
  Our president should stop his lying spree because the civilized world is too smart to be taken for granted by his empty words - they already have their representatives feeding them with the real situation on the ground from all over the country. I bet David Cameron could have given our president the exact number of children who had enrolled in nursery in Bole Bamboi between 2008 and 2015 if our president had cared to ask!

  IN NPP HAS BEEN IN POWER BY NOW OVER MILLION SECONDARY SCHOOL-GOING KIDS SHOULD BE PREPARING TO GO TO UNIVERSITY OR DOING SOME USEFUL THINGS. WHAT MAHAMA DID GAVE THE EDUCATION MINISTRY TO ABLAKWA ON THE ORDERS OF THE TSIKATAS AND ABLAKWA BANGING ON ABOUT THE NDC KEEPING THEIR 200 SCHOOL BUILDING PLEDGE ONLY TELL US THAT IT WAS THE NPP WHO STOPPED THEM FROM ACHIEVING BY TAKING THEM TO COURT. SO ABLAKWA IS TELLING US DURING THE COURT CASE PERIOD HE WAS NOT TAKING HIS SALARIES AS WELL AS HIS USUAL BRIBES?
