    What we need to understand is that some suspects may still be refused bail, according to the ruling, due to the severity of the crime committed as done in the USA.

    WHERE AND WHAT DID THESE KIND PEOPLE STUDIED? GO TO AMERICA AND SEE THEY HAVE THE BEST ECONOMY FOR THEIR CITIZENS, BUT THEY STILL HAVE THE HIGHEST CRIME WAVE IN THE WHOLE WORLD

    The ruling of the supreme court did not make room for exceptional cases such as Psychos who commit murder. That is what make that ruling unacceptable

    how can we say a person is innocent unless proven guilty, and still call an unproven of fence non bailable.
    it just doesn't make sense. Anyway law is not science.
