  You don't understand. It doesn't meanyou will get bail. It means if the judge finds your mmurder, rape or cocaine traficcing you won't get bail. However if the prosecution finds it difficult to prosecute, it may be that you may have framed and the judge will grant bail. Previous if the police liable you as having committed murder, rape or narcotic offence the judges Hans were tied even though the evidence appeared hollow. You will then be on remand for years

  Where Koku Ayidoho, and what is he saying about this verdict? He was once a time rubbishing former President Kuffour for pardon for the released of harden criminal from Nsawam prison. During his government in office, this decision is good. This verdict is worse than pardon a criminal from prison. Or SC passed this ruling to favour some criminals who are in good books of the NDC?.
