  He is just here to save Opuni's mess.The rot at COCOBOD has to cease.Opuni has to resign.The entire COCOBOD operation has to wrap up to give way for privatisation. It is only useful for Opuni and cronies in government. Think about this: Why does COCOBOD borrow money from international sources "each year" with government guarantees to purchase cocoa from farmers and re-sell to the same lender countries.If there ever is any profit made here, interests on the loans will absolve it.Year in year out.And of course allegations of short-changing government all the time which is true.Look at the lifestyles of these bosses at COCOBOD and there is no denying it is a "cash cow" for certain individuals for sure!. How do they do it?
