  Not too long ago you guys were against this man when he restructured BOST, to make it more efficient. Ghanaians were calling for him to be sacked. Despite the pressure the min did not give in. Now we are singing his praises. Leave him alone to work! He made bulk oil storage & distribution better and profitable, he's now working on TOR ....LEAVE him alone.

  Has anyone done a proper audit or seen financial accounts for either TOR or BOST? Everytime TOR is mismanaged the taxpayer is crippled with a levy and no one goes to prison for financial loss. If you steal a goat its 2 years ...
