Rev Asante states that the statement purported to have come from him is a fabrication by some idiotic and desperate politicians(ndc). He has not given any statement on the issue. Bola ray's starfmonline was credited with the source. Bola whatever, your big head like somebody's house, is that what u want to do with you radio station? I have monitored the stories u guys post on ghanaweb. Its pathetic that the objectivity anf professionalism of Joyfm could not rub on you. The police were quite wrong. Murder cases are not that easily bailable, except by the courts. A person who belongs to family is dead and the priest accused and arrested but given bail by the police? Even if the suspect's innocent is quite credible, it is the courts that should grant bail in such cases. Besides, the people don't trust the Police.

He who alleges must prove,we dnt jux go to court,we go to court with evidence dat a crime has been committed, I fink de police was ryt,de ppl must provide enough evidence not jux mere suspicions. In my view those ppl must commend police for even dipping further into de case to get better evidence to nail de suspect.Dnt support ppl who take de law into their own hands jux for mere believes n suspicion,de law is about facts n credible evidence

The person has been declared a " missing" person with nothing to suggest murder. Until there is proof that he is dead and the fetish priest has a hand in his death he could not be held for that crime. The journalist should have contacted the police for their side of the story before putting out his half truths to the public. Ghana journalists lack ethics and Kojo Ansah is one of them.

The case hinges on circumstantial evidence and in the absence of a dead body to tie the fetish priest to murder, there is nothing the police could have done, but grant bail. The towns peoples' anger toward is mis-directed. The people should be educated in the nuances of a democracy, where the rule of law is paramount.

Its not a murder case but alleged missing person n dis is bailable for further investigations,gets facts ryt b4 u make comments.let's not support some hooligans who take the law into their own hands due to their ignorance n misinformation.If u alleged dat ur family member is missing n suspect dat he is in de custody of another person,u must also provide better n further evidence to buttress ur claim,police can only act on information n de little investigations at hand,beside nobody can be kept in de cells beyond 48hrs so ppl must learn all dis n stop hooliganism n unnecessary creation of tension in society. what ll de complainant n his ppl do if morro de said missing person surfaces?
