My strong belief is these guys are from different countries if no one knows them locally. I can understand that people go back to their home town or places where they have a link to register or vote but if that's the case people will know them.
Another possible explanation is if they are truly from kumasi then they may belong to a constituency where they know the ndc cannot win so they are transported to marginal seats

I am not sure what the law says when the other side feels the challenge is unjustified. Solution is the ec to come in and educate us when such conflicts arise.
