The should be a deliberate intention by the goverment to train the youth of the area to aquire the requisite skills ahead of time, so that they too can benefit from this natural resources in their land. The president should n ...

The should be a deliberate intention by the goverment to train the youth of the area to aquire the requisite skills ahead of time, so that they too can benefit from this natural resources in their land. The president should not just talk that they should train themselves for this on coming projects. Who is to train them? Where are they going train? People like Felix Ofosu Kwaakye and others went to Norway to train in oil and gas because of polictics with goverment money and doing nothing with it. There is something wrong with black leadership and also the over all attitude of the black man and please lets do our best to change this bad attitude ofq us.
