    And produce what these markets want and need and to their standards. So we need them to give us money to train our artisans.

    Spio-Garbrah and his kind are the reasons Africa still remains the world's doormat. His attempt at justifying EPA/IEPA is pathetic and illogical. 'Mutually Advantageous' is meaningless - where there is no economic parity.

    20 years is 1996-2016.Can someone tell me how much we have developed from that time to now.What spio is doing is admitting EPA wouldn't benefit us.

    Ghana and west Africa will produce nothing in the next twenty years. In any case, how are you going to meet the European standards? They set those standards in such a way that you cannot meet them. Stop fooling yourself.
