Government trained people in greenhouse farming under the YES program, up to now, no funds were released for the projects, neither have they been giving greenhouses to start production. In this case what form of Literacy will feed this nation?

  I dont understand why this government is not in for agriculture. nothing has happened to the sector since 2008
