From 2012 till now not more than 10 SHS out of the 200 promised are ready. The extra 23 from the World Bank facility is not even mentioned again.
Meanwhile loan accumulation continues to increase. So it is not a case of any election petition having affected the 200 SHS, but rather, the senseless and criminal looting and thievery of taxpayer funds, is what has affected the 200 SHS, and Collins Dauda, actually spoke to this matter, when he made a comparison of similar projects constructed by philanthropic organizations and private companies as against those constructed by the stealing NDC gov't led by John Dramani Mahama.
He came to the conclusion the govt projects were more expensive about 10x the cost of similar projects undertaken by these organizations and were of much better and lasting quality than the ones the thieving John Mahama NDC govt and his looting brigade constructed.
The irony of it is, he is the sector Minister under whose ministry, gov't projects are constructed when bids or tender if any, are opened for such projects.

Solomon Nkansah should understand that for the 8 months or so when the election competition was on, Ghana and the government was not shut down, every department of the nation was working. Secondly, donors helps nations, in this regard, Ghana and not individual presidents. So Mahama's legitimacy is not a question. Without Mahama donors will still help Ghana is they want to. It is just incompetence and liars that has brought this nation to our present situation and not the election petition. Ghanaians will have the opportunity to decide in November and we shall see what the outcome is.
