And as far as I am concerned the President has done nothing that implicates him as a thief. Otherwise, he should have not lose his position.

He only knows what it means to work for Ghana and that is, more schools, hospitals and roads.

For the benefit of doubts, Let me help you out here. The roads the President commissioned within the region are just completed sections of the entire Eastern corridor roads. So it is not like for the whole of the four years of stay, the President has given the Volta Region just a 67km road.

And after that is not all that he has done for the region. Other areas are seen in the expansion of educational facilities and many others

People of Volta Region are now fed up with the Government of NDC. How dare Mahama wait only few months to the election before undertaking this long awaited project. This is just a case of disrespect. How much of this project can be done before the election? Mahama should understand that people of Volta Region are tired of "monkey dey work, bamboo dey chop". The people of Volta Region want jobs and good roads and not potholes as it is the case now. Failure to act, the good people Volta Region will not vote for NDC come November 7,2016.

When an incumbent president fulfils his mandate, one can choose to describe it as carrying out his duties or campaigning particularly if he is doing well. Of course nothing can justify why an incumbent president's mandate must be renewed better than how he made good his mandate.
If we should define ''campaign'' as a series of coordinated activities aimed at achieving favourable electoral results, then, a sitting president's good performance of his duties can be accepted as campaign.
