Go to more advanced countries and see the massive infrastructure all over the place but a president dares not campaign on those projects because they were built with state resources but not the president 's resources. Ghanaians must open their eyes and not be fooled by the ndc whose livelihood is only politics and will therefore do anything to stay in power. First, somebody should explain to John Dramani Mahama that nowhere in the 1992 constitution of Ghana, does it state a presidential candidate is required to have two terms anywhere in this country. We repeat again, somebody should e plain to John Dramani Mahama that, nowhere in the 1992 constitution does it state, a presidential candidate is mandated or required to have two terms.
That prerogative is at the sole discretion of Ghanaians upon whom, the constitution draws its power in a democracy.
If there is any confusion in the head of John Dramani Mahama as to the specifics and the understanding of what the constitution advocates and says with respect to that, he should seek clarification, so he comes to terms with the reality instead of the destructive desperation that is fueling his quest to at all cost, win an election he has lost, through murders, threats, intimidation in this country.
The fact that in their own party, he prevented and proscribed anybody from contesting him as a presidential candidate, shows even in that their NDC party, John Dramani Mahama is not allowed or required or mandated to have any second term even in that their NDC party. Perhaps, if the members of the NDC party had allowed that process to go on, they would not be saddled with the most unelectable incumbent Presidential candidate in half a century and a completely failed one at that, the cause of their present predicament, which is, to have lost the 2016 elections, after 8 very long years in power.
John Mahama should however note, if in his party, he and his cohorts in there can exercise that kind of action of preventing anybody from contesting him, such conduct has no place in Ghana's multiparty democracy and he must desist from orchestrating those attacks meant to kill opposition elements including the co-founder and the wife of the founder of the party on whose ticket he currently leads.
And as to whether anybody in this country is going to give him any term to continue with the collapse of this country, the number of times he has gone to the Volta region in the past few weeks, on the back of the disgust the people of the Volta region have expressed with his failed administration, he should have a clue about his fate at the ballot box this November.
Ghanaians share in the exact sentiments expressed by Torgbe Sri III about the failed administration of John Dramani Mahama's Presidency and insist he is the most unelectable incumbent presidential candidate in over half a century and he cannot lead this country and he must and will go.
