  The out come of this commitee,s report would be good if it would be implimented to the letter,since this [group of the sector of the economy] have been treated as colonialists who are looting the country and leave it behind to their own country when their terms of servivices come to an end.From Dr Nkrumas time to the present period,they have enjoyed the best of threatments and leave the country behind without care
