Presidency is different from creating jobs Ghanaians should know that, Bill Gates is not president but has business mindset, president doesn't create jobs but prepare the atmosphere for individuals and organizations to create jobs, stabilize the economy, providing security, also loans to the citizens and last education for the citizens making education as essential and accessible for the youth, providing accessible health care, in Ghana shelter is not a serious problem as compared to overseas here, so if Ndoum want to be a president he must convince Ghanaians his vision towards this things not a mere open of banks to make money from the poor

Ghanaians need to work smart. Look around our streets, young kids delight in selling iced water. GHEY Will Give U All THE EXCUSES For Being On THE streets. Our graduates are just a test case. They go through tertiary education, but education doesn't go through them. Most of them can't even speak good English. It's a pure mess. Ghana needs complete overhaul in our educational system, culture and way of thinking. We are stuck in the 18th century.

Nduom says that, "... the main reason why his bank (GN Bank) has expanded beyond the regional capital is to tap the skills of the many unemployed graduates ....".
I say that the main reason why his (GN) Bank has expanded beyond the regional capital is because Group Nduom is one of the worse employers on the the Ghanaian business market.
Like the capitalist that he is, Nduom mercilessly exploits the lack of jobs in Ghana to poorly pay those who are unfortunate or hard-pressed enough to stray into his pen. Graduates working for Nduoms companies are generally being paid salaries which are lower or worse than cleaners and drivers in some other establishments in the same country.
This is nothing to be proud about and Nduom should stop this his holier than thou attitude and pay workers what in his own words, they are due.
And lets put things straight. So long as Ghanaians workers are paid the kind of shameful and ridiculous salaries being thrown at them by the likes of Nduom, they should have every reason to skive on the job and to cheat their employers to make up for the difference.
After all, thief, thief, thief, God laugh.

If you cannot control the over population of a small country like Ghana and not find ways to stop all these poor foolish peasants from breeding like mice, perhaps we can get a grip on our economy and development. But if every freaking person has 9 kids and ships them all off to Accra, it would make it seem like high jobless rate.
Decentralize and make everybody stay in their region of birth to help develop through sacrifice and taxation... else your PPP is gonn wind up just as bad as NDC and NPP...

Selfish and arrogant Ghanaians in the diaspora visits Ghana and spend their money in the big cities without travelling to the remote corners and villages and come back to condemn the suffering Ghanaians as lazy people.
There are even people in the cities and other urban areas who cannot make ends meet , and there are the working poor all over the nation.
Most Ghanaians are hard working but cannot find any job.
What has happened to those graduates from the School Hygiene who cannot find any job since 2011?

High educated idiots always and only talk about unemployment of graduates what about unemployed boys and girls who never went to university? The real problem in Ghana are the higher educated who become politicians and continue the same vicious circle of only paying attention to higher education, whilst we live in a country where we can't find well educated and trained welders, masons, mechanics, plumbers carpenters etc.

Ghanaians habitually come to work late, refuse to go to work if it is raining, and when they do show up, are shiftless and surly. Ask of this is well documented. Mr. Nduom, you are one of the 1%, one of those with the means to make substantive changes to Ghana's economy. You know Ghana needs manufacturing jobs. Why is it that the Chinese are opening a porcelain factory in Ghana - and so will be sending the profits to China - but you and your cohorts couldn't come up with a similar plan? The reason is that all of you are blowhards who talk the talk but won't walk the walk. The Chinese are investing their own money in a speculative venture that would inure to their nation's benefit, but we are hard pressed to find a like-minded group of Ghanaians committed to the benefit of Ghana. If you won't walk the walk, we don't need to hear you talk the talk.
