  I wonder what is wrong with people like these. 1500 workers who are working for a railway line and want to be paid by the government. Is your company making any money?

  The railway union would do well to support the ongoing rehabilitation of the railways.
  
  Getting the railways working profitably is the only way to earn enough to boost staff pay.
