It's time to shove Grant and his cohort out of the door. Talk about the cliche of "biting the hands that feed you" No coach (the agent and coach are the same) should have that temerity to flaunt his middle fingers at a society that puts food on his table. Under grant, the Black Stars have not exceeded the previous performances of the national team. He may have brought stability to the team. But any good national coach, given the humongous support Grant is receiving, would far surpass the current performance of the national team. The fact is GFA and Sports Ministry officials virtually hold Ghanaian national coaches to ransom. Hence the coaches are always on short leash, held tightly by the invisible but ever present hands of corrupt officials. Perhaps that is why Grant spends a great deal of time outside of the country.

We need to part ways with Grant in a couple of years. But we have a greater need to sweep out the self aggrandizing and self perpetuating ethically challenged football administrators in the Ghana, much in the same way as the on-going self examination in FIFA.

He is a good agent who knows that exchanging insults is the Ghanaian way and the only language we understand. Actually, Saif Rubiea is just having fun with us.

In political science, it is called "muckraking," by which you must answer every bad press insult with another insult right away. Actually, that is exactly what Donald Trump has been doing during this campaign.

Those tactics were used successfully by agents of Chicago's Mayor Daley during the "machine politics" era, in which they answered every bad press criticism with vicious answer right away. In Trump's case, he does the muckraking himself.

Avram Grant's agent is doing a good job. He understands the Ghanaian mentality. He knows that insult is the only language we understand and he is having fun with us. He is a savvy agent.
