    This figures really does not matter. Go to these countries and found out how they are living compared to
    Ghana. Are these not the same lectures who teaches us and the results in terms of human capacity is zip.

    So what is Ghana's debt to GDP ratio? You never mentioned it.

    According to the Governor of Bank of Ghana, Ghana's debt of $25.6billion as at the end of 31st December 2015 is 72.3%.
