I used to go to the clearing house at Bank of Ghana, when employed at ADB. This will solve a lot of cash transactions. I hope they have introduced the chip into cards as is done here.

PLEASE ENSURE ATMS MACHINES OR GAS STATIONS OR INDIVIDUAL POS DEVICE USERS LOCATION HAVE NO HIDDEN CAMERAS OR SKIMMERS TAKING PEOPLES PINS. AGAIN THESE CARDS SHOULD BE CHIP EMBEDDED FOR SECURITY TO PROTECT USERS IDENTITY
